Note: we are currently only accepting part-time applications for the receptionist position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Quickly assess urgency over the phone, gather critical patient information, and alert medical staff to true emergencies.
- Maintain composure in high-stress, emotionally charged situations while supporting distressed pet owners with empathy and professionalism.
- Collect and enter patient details swiftly and correctly, ensuring medical teams have timely access to essential information.
- Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously—answering phones, checking in patients, managing forms—without compromising accuracy or client care.
- Serve as a communication bridge between clients and medical staff, keeping pet owners informed and medical teams updated.

- Comfortably work in a fast paced emergent setting
Preferred Traits:

- A positive and professional presence with clients and team members
We are not a fit for candidates who:
- Demonstrate rigidity or unwillingness to adapt to different teams, shifts, or feedback
- Have a history of unprofessional behavior (bullying, ghosting, or lack of accountability)
- Prioritize ego over team well-being
